Admission to any of our programs requires an initial consultation, which can be completed via telephone, virtual meeting or an in-person visit if required. Our initial consultation is free.
All potential canine clients with serious reactivity or aggression issues require an in-person evaluation and Onboard Session to enroll in our training programs.
Our Onboard Session gives you the opportunity to tell us more about you and your dog, your training goals, any training and tools you may already be using, and any medical, behavioral, or environmental situations that should be considered in developing the best training plan to help you meet your goals. Together, we will develop a training plan with you, and discuss which training program best fits your training goals.
We charge $200.00 for our Onboard Session for up to 2 dogs. If you have more than 2 dogs with training needs you would like to discuss, we charge an additional $75.00 per dog for the Onboard Session only. The Onboard Session typically takes between 1.5 and 2 hours.
Please note that we may provide a discount for additional dogs from the same household who are enrolled in our training programs.
For In Home Lesson programs, we accept clients anywhere in the DFW Texas area.
For Board & Train programs, we accept clients located in all areas:
North - To Oklahoma Border
East - To Longview, TX
South - To Austin, TX
West - Wichita Falls, TX
For all client appointments requiring travel outside a 25 mile radius from Lewisville, Texas there will be a travel surcharge. The charges will be based on the business mileage rate in effect as published by the Internal Revenue Service at the time of the appointment.
In order to book one of our Board & Train programs, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to schedule the program. The remainder of your balance must be paid prior to the date your dog is scheduled for pickup.
Payment for Onboard Sessions and all In Home Programs is required in full at the time of booking. All Follow-Up and In Home lessons must be completed within 6 months from the date the program is purchased. Refunds will not be given for unused lessons if due to client failure to schedule and complete sessions within the required timeframe.
We would be happy to discuss all available options with you so your furry family member can get the training he/she needs before undesirable behavior becomes a more serious problem.
We understand that sometimes events occur last minute that cannot be helped. These situations should be the exception rather than the rule. Since we are committed to timely communication with our clients, we expect the same from our clients.
If you book an appointment with us, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours from the scheduled time, you will be charged for the missed appointment. If our trainer has already begun travel for your appointment at the time of notification, you will also be charged the travel surcharge.
We ask that our clients prioritize their dog’s training as much as we do, and respect our trainer’s time by communicating with us in a timely manner.
All clients must provide proof of vaccinations prior to booking appointments with us. If you are booking an In Home lesson package, we require, at a minimum, proof of current rabies vaccinations for all dogs present.
If you are booking a Board & Train, Hybrid, or Boarding Program, we require proof of all current vaccinations including Rabies, DAPP (Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), and Bordetella (Kennel Cough).
Additionally, if your dog shows signs of possible parasitic infection (such as diarrhea, vomiting, etc.) while with us, we reserve the right to require testing and may reschedule or deny services until negative test results can be provided.
