Mandala Milroy

Dog Trainer & Behaviorist

Meet the owner and head trainer of Cerberus K9 Services LLC, Mandala Milroy.

Originally from East Texas, at age 15 Mandala began training her family’s working German Shepherds (trained for herding and tracking) in both pet obedience and various tasks related to farm life and cattle. As an avid horse rider with a love of training animals, she also began training Arabian horses under the direct supervision of the Training Manager at a neighboring horse farm. Mandala is a veteran of the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserves where she served from 1991-2001. She also recently retired after a 20 year career in federal law enforcement.

Mandala has owned and trained personal dogs throughout her lifetime. Over the past several years, she has spent thousands of hours working independently and with training partners to help clients address their dogs' behavioral issues using behavior modification strategies, to build basic and advanced obedience foundations, and to better enjoy their human-canine relationships. She holds advanced degrees in Applied Psychology. She has spent several years volunteering as a rescue foster for canine behavioral and medical cases, and volunteering at her local animal shelter.

In 2022, Mandala created Cerberus K9 Services LLC to help dog owners achieve their training goals using science-based practical methodologies in training and behavior modification. She regularly attends workshops and seminars both virtually and in person with some of the best dog trainers and other canine professionals in the industry.
